Lord Lyndhurst, at Durham Summer Assizes, 1834, for an assault and stealing from the person of William Masterson, a silver watch and other articles, and £1 5s. 1d. in monies on the King's highway, in March last. Benjamin Bramwell who was also in custody on the charge was admitted as King's evidence.
