Program for "Remembrance Week," held between April 29 to May 6, 1990 to commemorate the Kent State shootings. Events during the week included the dedication of the May 4 Memorial, and "A Gathering of Poets," in which approximately 125 poets traveled from across the United States to Kent to remember the four students killed and the nine others wounded by the Ohio National Guard on May 4, 1970.
