Dinks being passed out to freshmen. One dink marked "44". According to A Book of Memories, "Small blue-and-gold skullcaps called 'dinks' were part of Kent's tradition of freshman hazing until 1968." However, alumni report of the tradition continuing in 1969 and in 1970 (without enforcement of dink "protocols"). |
