Homecoming King and Queen
1993 Homecoming King and Queen: Anthony Keys and Nikki Marchmon. For the first time in its history Kent State had selected a King and Queen who were both African-American. Marchmon was also Kent State University's first African-American Homecoming Queen. See the Daily Kent Stater, Wednesday, October 6, 1993, page 1 for more information.
