Description Letter from Richard Grayshock in response to a call from the Akron Beacon Journal for people to write in with their recollections or experiences of the time of the Kent State Shootings. Grayshock was a member of law enforcement and was present at Kent on May 3 and May 4, 1970. He writes about what he saw, particularly the closing of the University and students leaving campus en masse.
