ABJ Reader Response: Meyers, Kathy

Description Letter from Kathy Meyers in response to a call from the Akron Beacon Journal for people to write in with their recollections or experiences of the time of the Kent State Shootings. Meyers was a student at Kent State University in May 1970. She recalls seeing the burned out ROTC building as well as the aftermath of the shootings, including finishing classes remotely. She also expresses her admiration for Glenn Frank, her geology professor and one of the people credited with preventing further deaths on May 4, 1970.
